Policy on Domestic Shipping
Processing time for shipments
Within one to three business days, we complete all orders. Weekends are not considered shipping or delivery days for orders.
Shipments can be postponed by a few of days if our order volume is really high. It may take a few more days for your order to arrive due to shipping. We will get in touch with you by phone or email if there is going to be a major holdup in your order’s shipment.
International Shipping to the US, Canada, and the UK
We at Lit Candy only use the US Postal Service for all of our orders. Most orders placed using this service will be delivered to your doorstep within two or three business days. Please be aware that the estimated delivery time for more remote places can be up to 5 business days. Every major city in the US is within our delivery radius, and we also send to Canada and the UK. You can order something today and receive it tomorrow with our overnight shipping option within the US.

Orders shipping to addresses inside the contiguous United States are the only ones eligible for overnight delivery.
Lit Candy Refund Policy
Your package has been tampered with by the courier employees, as is typical of all commodities that make it to their final destinations in bad condition. Notify us right away by submitting a message to our contact form and including your order number as the subject line. You may rest certain that we will promptly reship the amount that was lost and issue a refund to you.
Additionally, if your package goes missing or is stolen, please let us know. You can request a refund or a reshipment with a different courier service if you do not get your shipment despite having your tracking information, regardless of whether it was delivered by USPS, FedEx, EMS, or a courier worker.
Order tracking and confirmation of shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and the tracking number(s). Within the next day, the tracking number will become active.
